Sunset at Sunrise to benefit Breaking Chains

An evening of good food, live music, and lake views is coming to Cedar Creek Lake next Thursday, and it’s all for a good cause.

The event is called Sunset at Sunrise and will be held June 12 at Sunrise Point, located at 3199 County Road 1708 in Malakoff. The evening will include dinner, adult beverages, and an immersive dueling piano show, all benefiting the nonprofit Breaking Chains.

Dinner will be provided by The Dock, and live entertainment will come from Dueling Pianos and 2Danes Productions. The fun begins with a cocktail hour at 6 p.m., followed by dinner at 7.

Tickets are $150 each. There is also a VIP option for $5,000 that includes a front-row table for eight, a dedicated server, table service, and sponsor recognition.

Organizers say this is a night to relax and enjoy without the pressure of bidding or auctions.
