"I am excited to announce that the Public Library Fund (PLF) recently purchased land on South Palestine Street adjacent to the Cain Center," said PLF President Beth Faulk. "Our vision is to raise funds to build a new facility and to create a new cultural hub for Henderson County and its citizens."
