Kim Hodges is named 2023 Athens Citizen of the Year

Kim Hodges (center) was named the 2023 Athens Citizen of the Year during the annual Chamber of Commerce Gala Saturday night at the Athens Country Club. She is pictured with the 2022 Citizens of the Year, Tilo Galvan and Sheri Robson.

"I've served with honor on a lot of different organizations," said Mrs. Hodges, "but I served with a group of people who were all fighting to make Athens a better place for all of us, and without all of us in the group for all those different boards I've had the honor to serve on we wouldn't be the community we are. I love this community."
