It's tournament time for TVCC basketball!

The NJCAA Region 14 Basketball Tournament got underway today at Tyler Junior College's Wagstaff Gym.

The No. 2-seed Lady Cardinals (23-5) will hit the court for the first time at 6 p.m. on Wednesday against Paris, the No. 7 seed.

The No. 3-seed Cardinals (23-7) will make their first appearance at 8 p.m. on Thursday against the winner of Tuesday night's Angelina-Coastal Bend game.

Ticket prices for each session will be $8 for adults, $5 for students (must present a student ID) and children under 12, and free for children under 5. A tournament pass will be available for $40.

Tickets will be sold online, or at the gate on gameday by cash or credit card.

The games will also be broadcast on the Tyler Junior College Apache Athletics YouTube page.
