Hornet soccer exploded for four second half goals to beat Oak Cliff Faith Family Academy in Area Round action in Corsicana Monday night, 5-2.
Hornets scoring goals included Ty Arroyo, Zsaid Inostroza , Kevin Sanchez, and Jesus Hernandez.
The win improves Athens' record to 16-4-2.
The Hornets will play the winner of tonight's North Dallas v. Celina match up.
