Eustace Students Get Computers

Last week, State Representative Keith Bell joined Eustace ISD, AT&T Texas, the Henderson County Help Center, students, and families for a special presentation at Eustace High School, where AT&T donated 65 computers to students identified by the district as having a demonstrated need.
This opportunity began when AT&T reached out to the Henderson County Help Center, desiring to support Eustace ISD students through a technology donation. From there, Eustace ISD worked to identify students who could benefit from the devices, and the Henderson County Help Center, led by Leslie Saunders, served as the local nonprofit partner to facilitate the donation through AT&T’s philanthropic process. The result was a meaningful partnership between a private company, a local nonprofit, and a school district, all working together to expand access to technology for students and families.
Representative Bell was honored to attend the presentation and support the students, families, school administrators, AT&T representatives, and the Henderson County Help Center as the computers were distributed. While the donation was made by AT&T and facilitated locally through the Henderson County Help Center and Eustace ISD, Representative Bell was grateful to help celebrate the impact this partnership will have for local students.
“These devices are more than tools. They represent access to knowledge, skill-building, and opportunity for students and families,” said Representative Bell. “Texas communities are strongest when businesses, schools, nonprofits, and families work together to support the next generation. I appreciate AT&T for making this generous donation, the Henderson County Help Center for facilitating it locally, and Eustace ISD for identifying students who can benefit from these resources.”
Partnerships like this are a reminder of what can happen when community-minded organizations step forward to meet real needs. Representative Bell is proud to support efforts that expand educational opportunity, strengthen families, and invest in the success of students across Texas.
